Over the past couple of years, recovery programs have been integrating transformational coaching as a part of their recovery strategy which has proven to be a key component that supports sustained recovery success.
The transformational coaching experience will be different for everyone as each path and journey are exclusive to that individual. It is up to you to choose your vision of the future and it is up to you to choose your path of change.
The beauty of transformational coaching is the unfolding of the process which inspires a wealth of possibilities that empower a vision of the future to become reality.
The simple definition of the word “Transformation” means, a complete change, and the simple definition of the word “Coach” means, to guide one to train intensively. Together the blended meaning of a transformational coach is to guide one to train intensively for complete change. This process will create a metamorphosis of transformation, life purpose and destiny that is divinely unique.
The transformational process possesses key elements that lead to successful results by natural or supernatural means. ALL transformational coaches have core values in common, the most important of which is the ability to walk beside you on your journey and guide the unfolding of these elements at just the right time in order to fully experience the magnificent process of transformation that will inspire you to realize the reality of your vision, a vision that will look forward to the future and will no longer be limited by the events of your past.
As you begin your coaching journey, your Transformational coach will be your angel on your shoulder unlocking your potential to help you see who you are right now, envision the champion you want to be, and light the path you choose to reach your goal of complete change.
Everything we do in coaching has a purpose. Learning to be intentional with how you live your life, brings intentional results that will propel you forward toward that purpose.
When considering transformational coaching it is important that you are clear about what to expect. Many people think of coaching as another form of therapy, it is not. It is important to understand the difference between the two. A therapist is a skilled medical professional that studies their clients past and equips them with the necessary tools to cope with the complexities in their life. A transformational coach on the other hand helps the client look forward to the path of the future and is skilled to unveil the process that will lead to a complete life transformation.
One of the most important and highly personal decisions one can make for their future is to enter a coaching relationship. Transformational Coaching is not for everyone. It is for those individuals who are willing to recognize and acknowledge what it is that is not working in their lives and are willing to do the hard work to experience the life they desire.
